"A toybmarine, a dog with a stick, bales of hay – lots of explanations have been offered for photos claiming to show the infamous Loch Ness monster.But one picture – the first ever taken of Nessie – still remains unexplained today, exactly 75 years after it was taken.
Hugh Gray was walking home from church when he saw something of 'considerable dimensions' rise from the dark waters of the huge Scottish loch on November 12, 1933.
He quickly snapped it and, over the years, Nessie hunters have never been able to provide an explanation – although sceptics say it could be a distorted picture of a dog with a stick in its mouth. "
