She is Kimberley Vlaeminck, a 18 year old Belgian girl. As you can see, she has 56 stars on her face but she says she asked only 3 stars... So, she clamed the tattoo artist Rouslan Toumaniantz to give her £10,000 for her face stars removal (the operation costs £8,500) and for the damages. She says she asked the tattooist 3 stars on the side of her left eye but she fell asleep while he was doing his work. When she woke up, the nightmare began. She had 56 stars instead of the 3 requested.
