The above video contain a transit of the Moon in front of the Sun, as seen by the Stereo-B spacecraft. Its distance from the Moon and the Sun is different from that of the Earth, so instead of the total eclipse that can often be seen from Earth, the Moon happens to appear much smaller than the disk of the Sun. This video shows how alien, how different these objects can actually be from the way we perceive them everyday.
