According to the Indian Standard Time (IST), the Solar Eclipse will be visible between 5:28 AM to 7:40 AM IST (Indian Standard Time) in India on July 22, 2009.The total solar eclipse will last nearly four minutes — from 6.26 am to 6.30 am IST — in India and during this time Sun will not be visible at all. In India, Total Lunar Eclipse will be visible in Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Varanasi, West Bengal and Northeastern States. According to NASA, the Solar Eclipse on July 22, 2009 is a “Total Solar Eclipse” and the Moon’s umbral shadow on Sun begins in India and crosses through Nepal, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Myanmar, China and ends in the Pacific Ocean.

Laika, a first dog to space.

Laika, a first dog who reached the orbit of the Earth and was a Space Dog of Soviet. The Scientists at that time had a little knowledge about the living things at the space. Few scientist believde that it is not easy to survive for the human on the launch or the condition of the outer space may not be suitable for human. So, the engineers wants any non-human for the Space mission test in the place of humans. That is why they choosen Laika ( a dog ) for this man mission. As US used a Chimpanzee on its mission, Soviet used a Dog. Laika was a stray dog and was named as Kudryavka originally. Laika was underwent training with two other dogs was choosen for this mission of Soviet spacecraft Sputnik 2 , and was launched into outer space on November 3, 1957. It died within the few hours of the launch due to the overheating of spacecraft in the thermal control system. But the real cause of heating was not made public to the people. In 2002, it was widely reported that she lived for several days. On April 11, 2008, Russian officials unveiled a monument to Laika. A small monument in her honor was built near the military research facility in Moscow which prepared Laika's flight to space. It features a dog standing on top of a rocket.

NASA Space Probe is now going to Track CO2 on Earth: The occasionally acrimonious debate about the planet's climate has been missing a key component: accurate measurements of how much carbon dioxide is in the air and how it is being recycled by Earth.

That is the heart of a new NASA mission called the Orbital Carbon Observatory, which is set to launch early next year.

"We will uncover all kinds of patterns and cycles in carbon dioxide that people never thought existed. It'll be just like when the first ozone measurements were made," said project scientist Chip Miller, with the Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, Calif.

"We get at the question of the sources of carbon dioxide and see how much is pulled out (of the atmosphere) by land and how much by seas," he said.

Many scientists consider carbon dioxide to be the telltale gas of global warming. Once it is released into the air, there is little chemistry to remove it. Its presence traps reflected sunlight. Plants, soils and the oceans of Earth reabsorb the gas, but that takes a while. Miller says that the average lifetime for carbon dioxide is about 300 years. About 20 percent of atmospheric carbon dioxide, however, lasts for 10,000 years or longer. read more...

The Amazing View of Stereo Eclipse

The above video contain a transit of the Moon in front of the Sun, as seen by the Stereo-B spacecraft. Its distance from the Moon and the Sun is different from that of the Earth, so instead of the total eclipse that can often be seen from Earth, the Moon happens to appear much smaller than the disk of the Sun. This video shows how alien, how different these objects can actually be from the way we perceive them everyday.

A UFO was found over Edmonton,Canada,20 November,2008 [ UFO Blogger Report] - Space

We Found Over UFO Blogger, they wrote the following:
According to media reports and our reader from Edmonton they reported seeing a bright flaming object light up the sky around 5:30 p.m. Thursday. It was variously described as green, yellow, purple and blue and appeared as either an explosion or an object streaking through the sky. Sightings came from across the prairies; from as far south as Medicine Hat and as far north as Beauval, Sask., 600 kilometres from Edmonton.
Edmonton International Airport spokesman said "the skies east of the airport lit up" at 5:27 p.m
